Egg
Nog Smoothie
½ cup egg substitute
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 T rum or 1 t rum flavoring
1 t freshly ground nutmeg
3 or 4 packets (to taste) artificial sweetener
4 or 5 ice cubes
½ to 1 cup water
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add
additional ice cubes or water if needed for proper consistency.
Note: Egg substitute is pasteurized so it can be eaten raw.
Makes 2 servings, 3 points per serving or Core + 1 Point per serving
