Corn Chowder

fat free half and half

light butter

onion

celery

frozen corn kernels

potatoes-cubed
Sauté
onion and celery in butter 5 minutes. Add water, corn, potatoes and
seasonings. Cover and simmer 30 minutes until potatoes are barely
tender. Whisk flour into 1 cup half and half. Add 3 other cups of
half and half. Simmer 15 minutes until done.
