Pulled Pork

1 lean pork loin

1 onion, chopped

½ jar BBQ sauce

12 oz. diet soda (cola)

                                                                                                                                                          

Put all in crock pot and cook for 4-hours on high or 8-hours on low. Shred with fork and use on a bun, with a tortilla, etc.
