Shredded Carrot & Raisin Salad

1 # Carrots peeled and shredded
1 1/2 C. thinly sliced, cored peeled apples
1/4 C. raisins
1/2 C. low fat plain yogurt or sour cream (fat free if core)
1/3 C. Skim milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons artificial sweetner
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
   

Combine Carrots, Apples & Raisins in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients & spoon over carrot mixture & toss. Refrigerate until chilled.
