Strawberry Shortcake

4 (1oz) slices angel food cake

2 cups sliced strawberries (sweeten with Splenda if desired)

1 cup fat free Cool Whip, thawed

 

Place 1 cake slice on each of 4 plates.  Top each slice with 1/2 cup sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup whipped topping.

 

Makes 4 servings @ 2 points each
