Taco Soup (new version)

6 cups fat free chicken broth

4 cups Stagg Silverado Beef Chili

2 cups canned black beans

2 cups Del Monte Mexican Recipe Stewed Tomatoes

3/4 cup onion

3 cups yellow summer squash

6 cups zucchini

 

Saute' vegetables in nonstick cooking spray.  When vegetables are browned and onion is translucent, add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.

 

Makes 8 servings (approximately 3-cups)  @ 4 POINTS or CORE + 2 POINTS
