Thai Chicken Salad
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp fat free
mayonnaise
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Splenda
3 cups cabbage,
shredded
1 medium carrot,
shredded
3 green onions
with tops, thinly sliced
2 tbsp cilantro,
snipped
1, 4
oz. bag/can chicken, drained
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
Whisk together lime juice, mayonnaise, soy sauce and Splenda .
Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, red pepper and tuna/chicken to
soy sauce mixture. Enjoy!
Instead of chopping up the cabbage you can use the bag of broccoli
coleslaw in the produce department and add celery, cucumbers and green peppers
to it.
