Tortellini Soup 
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 (29oz.) cans fat-free chicken or vegi broth
8 oz. Barilla shelf-stable Tortellini  (dried, found with other dried pasta)
1 bag fresh baby spinach
2 (14.5oz) cans stewed tomatoes

1. Brown garlic in soup pot coated with cooking spray.
2. Add broth and tortellini. Cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, uncover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add spinach and tomatoes. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes - Done!!!

 

Makes 10 cups - 2 points per cup
