This is narctool. It was originally created by natrium42 for the purpose of compressing/decompressing .carc files and packing/unpacking the contents of .narc files

In the original version 0.1, it was unable to handle narc files that contained folders. This is where I took over, adding support for narcs files containing folders that go 1 level deep

Currently, the most recent version is 0.2c. The source is included.

KNOWN ISSUES
  *Can't Unpack/Pack narcs with files containing no name (PKM Diamond/Pearl)

I have been testing this new version with the mkds course narcs and it works well. Please let me know if you come across an narc this version fails to unpack properly.

Also note that this is an upgraded version of narctool 0.1, not 0.1-p
