The theme of the February 2003 Yappy Hour was King & Queen of Hearts.  However, Yappy Hour conflicted with Dingo's Agility for Fun class which was also at Jefferson Feed.  So Dingo missed the costume contest and was not able to get photos.  But a least Dingo was able to attend for a short while before her class.   She wore her Valentine's Day outfit from last year.
