Here is a picture of my telescope set up for a recent Messier Marathon near Arizona City, Arizona ( March 25-26, 2006) and just waiting for the sun go down. It's a 10" mirror reflector telescope.  I was able to grab 63 of the 110 Messier objects before falling asleep in the back of my pickup truck..
