My all time favorite music is 1980's  Italo Disco Euro Hi-NRG dance music and there's finally a radio station that plays just that type of music called Radio Stad Den Haag out of the Netherlands.  Visit them, listen online and ENJOY.  I sure do every day.  You can use the links below to listen on-line and crank up those computer speakers.  Listen and you'll be hooked.

During the time I owned a DJ company I would attend the DJ convention that is held at the Tropicana in Las Vegas

Pictures 3-8 are the DJ Appreciation Party held in the Grand Ballroom...and no that is not me breakdancing.  The last 3 pictures are in the exhibition hall where  lighting/audio vendors were selling the latest new toys in nightclub dancefloor lighting and soundsystem equipment.

I've been dj'ing since time began, actually tho' since 1981. I started out with a mix-n-match pair of turntables and a few crates of vinyl spinning at ASU frat parties back in the early 80's.  In the mid 90's I started a DJ company called Sound Selections Entertainment, doing mostly weddings and corporate parties plus a few school dances, charity fundraisers, gay parties and nightclubs. I even Dj'ed the reception for one of the Arizona Cardinals football players which was held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.  I have a  sound system similar to nightclubs and a trussing system with various dance floor lights including computer-controlled roboscans scanners.

My music library covers a wide range of musical tastes from 40's Big Bands, jazz, country, easy listening, classic disco, Top40 to the latest in 90's & 00's dance music .  My music Library has about 1,500 CD's and approx. 2,000 12" vinyl singles.

DJ Ron- a friend of mine in Nashville and one of the best DJ's around. He arranged a gig for me DJ'ing and MC'ing the wedding reception for the owner of a big record label company from Nashville.  The reception took place at the Driskill Hotel in downtown Austin, TX and was attended by many from the music industry. I even got to introduce some new and upcoming country singers to the audience when the sang their song. (picture taken from behind my DJ booth and dancefloor extends back to 4th set of columns in picture). Truly a highlight in my DJ career. Thanks Ron...hugz

Arizona Energy Dance Radio -92.7 and 101.1FM -Club music 24 hours all day/every day. I'm not one to promote radio stations and I rarely listen to music stations cuz they usually suck. But this one kicks ass.

Patrick Cowley -A superb biography of Patrick Cowley, one of the founding fathers of electronic dance music who was perhaps my favorite remixer/musician of all time and unfortunately was among the first to succumb to AIDS (before its was known what AIDS was).  You'll learn all about his life and the beginning of hi NRG dance music.
