RCIA stands for "Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults", and is the process by which
adults become members of the Roman Catholic Church. Rumors of ecommunicated "agents", of an entire excommunicated "shadow heirarchy" operating around the globe, answerable solely to a small cabal of Cardinals within the Vatican itself, are nothing more than that, stories. Tales with no more reality to them than the latest Hollywood action flick, full of explosions and conspiracies, but signifying nothing. And most certainly having nothing to do with the real Roman Catholic Church.
