Cosm: Core Earth
Background: You always wanted to be a Priest, for as long as you can remember. You went to every Mass, joined the choir, and became an altar boy as soon as you could. You lied about your age - a venal sin - to enter the Seminary a year early, and graduated at the top of your class, even after the incident. You were sent to one of the older parishes, small and getting smaller with each funeral, but you didn't mind. You could feel the power in the old curch. Too bad it felt you as well.
You are still not sure if what you did was wrong, though you know that it was neccessary. But as a political body there are some things that Rome will not tolerate publically, and as a religious body there remain things that the Church cannot forgive. You found yourself excommunicated, your life's dreams vanished over night. That is, until "they" contacted you. Officially, the Apostolic Penitentiary is a tribunal to over see the few cases of excommunication reserved solely for the Holy See. Unofficially... unofficially, the Vatican has long understood the need for what Western politicians would call "plausible deniability", even for the "infalable" office of Pope. Were it to actually exist, the RCIA would be ranked as a Personal Prelature, with boundries determined by the individuals involved, as opposed to the Vatican Secret Service, who's official commission extends only to the Holy State. Were it to have a doctrine, it would be the protection of the Church and of God's children, not always in that order, "by any means neccessary". Once you have been excommunicated "en Vivo", few barriers remain. But you remain true to your holy vows, knowing in your heart of hearts that all sinners can be forgiven. But not just yet...
Personality: Excommunication has not dulled your fanaticism, merely expanded it. While your christian nature will not allow you to turn away anyone in need, even an enemy, Core Earth will always come first. Otherwise, you are a pretty nice guy, honest, trustworthy, and clean.
Equipment: Rosary, 9mm Barreta (Tech 22, DV 15, Ammo 9, Range 10/25/40), Dark sunglasses, box provided by Querent Division, "to be opened in a time of need", five silver pins (each danced upon by at least two angels), bag of salt, Ying/Yang pendant, hip flask (usually whiskey, often water), three extra-large Cuban cigars (one partialy smoked), Mystic tattoo (simulates a permanent Pattern of one Axiom 7 spell, at GM's discretion - any material components are still required).
Quote: "How many divisons does the Pope have? I could tell you, but then I would have to kill you. And that would be a mortal sin."

Notes: Your Tag skill is Faith (Catholic Catholicism), a Gnostic sect encompassing many rituals and belief systems - in fact, no two practioners are rarely alike, but all agree that salvation is available to all. If you select at least two Magic skills, you also get twelve points with which to buy Arcane Knowledges and Spells. You can use Faith in place of Conjuration Magic to create spells, but not in casting. To use Psionics, you must buy both Psionic Manipulation and Psionic Resistance, and spend at least one Possibility for a Power Group. Your Martial Arts "style" is as ecclectic as your Faith, derided as "Chinese Menu Martial Arts" for it's tendency to pick and choose maneuvers from other forms. While this allows great breadth, it is nearly impossible to find a teacher willing to pass on their knowledge to something less than a "true believer" in their Art. You may choose any six maneuvers for you initial trials - including Major and Master Disciplines - at GM's discretion, but any maneuvers gained after play begins remain at GM's discretion as well.
