All homeowners pay monthly fees of  approximately $300 $316.00
to the Homeowners Association.  These fees cover the following:

1.    Cable Television for all residents.

3.    Maintenance of all common areas including Club House facilities, Golf Course, Swiming Pool, Recreational Vehicle Storage Lot, Security and all other facilities.
