Minimum Retainer and Minimum Case Charge

(A one-time case set-up charge and service are applied to this retainer.........$500.00

            Designation as an expert requires payment of the minimum

            The minimum case charge is earned at the time of retention.

Hourly Deposition and Trial Fee………………………………………….$350.00

Additional Costs

            Out-of-town travel costs – airfare, hotel accommodations, etc.   (Negotiable

            on a case-by-case basis);  long distance telephone calls;  fax charges;   costs

            for film and processing for case photographs; additional consults or  experts

            working  under  the  direction  or  Komorous  Consulting;      other ancillary

            services agreed upon.

The law firm retaining Komorous Consulting is responsible for payment of all services within thirty (30) days.  At its discretion, Komorous Consulting may delay further work until payment is received.  Payments not received within thirty (30) days are subject to one and one-half (1-1/2%) percent interest per month on the unpaid balance.

All amounts due shall be paid prior to any trial testimony.  Trial testimony shall be paid in advance on a daily basis unless otherwise agreed to.
