and the CPR Instruction Specialists

Participants need only attend one class and will receive a two year participation card through the Department of Health Services for Daycare and Supervisory Care. Training includes: CPR, Head injury, Eye injury, Stroke, Bleeding control, Burns, Broken bones, Poisoning, Heart Attack, Heat exhaustion, Heat stroke, Allergic reactions, Convulsions.

All classes are open to the general public. We are also available to conduct classes on site at businesses and civic organizations throughout the valley.

Course fees:

$40.00 per person for Basic First Aid and CPR

$20.00 per person for Basic First Aid only

$40.00 per person for Child Healthcare First Aid and CPR

$20.00 per person for Child Healthcare First Aid only

Note: For Healthcare Provider CPR (Medical Professionals, EMTs, Nurses, etc.) there will be an additional $10.00 charge for this level of CPR.

Mesa Class Location Grace United Methodist Church located at 2024 E. University. Northeast Corner of University Dr. and Gilbert Rd.

The courses at Grace United Methodist Church will include both First Aid and CPR, or First Aid only. CPR will be offered at other times, consult the CPR calender.

Park on the Gilbert Road side of the church, the class is in room 502 which faces Gilbert Road.

The classes will be held at Tempe Nazarene Church, 3929 S. Rural Rd, Tempe. Az

Northeast corner of Rural Rd and the Superstition Freeway (U.S. 60)

PHOENIX LOCATION Trinity United Methodist Church, 3104 W. Glendale, (Northwest corner of 31st Ave and Glendale)

The courses taught at the Trinity United Methodist Church will include both First Aid and CPR, or First Aid only. CPR will be offered at other times, consult the CPR calender.
