Daniel Mock, Sr.
Daniel Mock was born circa 1760 and married Nancy Agness Marshall, Rockingham Co, VA. They moved to Bourbon Co, KY territory in 1787 and was found there on the 1789 tax list. He was later located on the tax list of Nelson Co, KY in 1791. This area became part of Washington Co, KY in 1792 when Washington County, KY was formed. They lived there until about 1820. In 1825 he died in Perry Co IN. In Virginia his surname was spelled as "Mauk".
