1 ESTIMATES: All site designs include - as necessary to provide an aesthetically pleasing product that the client has approved - graphic scan/creation, image maps, JavaScript, text creation & alternative navigations for FRAMES versions. Pricing; therefore, is based solely on the time and complexity with which it will take to create the finished project. To wit, all fees are estimates contingent on time and complexity of each individual service.

2 GRAPHIC ESTIMATES: Custom graphics vary according to type...e.g. a basic logo may take only 1 hour to create, a collage / 2, etc. A quoted price estimate will be based on the the task requested.

3 FLASH ESTIMATES: A site designed entirely in Flash is the most expensive site design on the internet. We price the design; nonetheless, 50-70% lower than the current competitive market price for same service. Pricing is contingent on the number of pages and the over-all complexity of the design.

4 STREAMED AUDIO/VISUAL: Audio/Visual streams are based on the size and length of the media file being streamed. Price is discounted exponentially on the number of files desired.

5 MUSIC SEQUENCING: Contingent on length and instrumentation.

6 SITE MAINTENANCE: Price is contingent on the amount of time that it takes to perform the maintenance and any unusual tasks that may be necessary or requested in order to complete it.

7 ORIGINAL SITE DESIGN FEE: Regardless of whether or not a client decides to complete their web design project from start-to-finish, this fee insures that the graphic specialist is at least covered for design time used on creating the original site. All design files become the property of the client towards any future use with any other design company they should decide to acquire.

*Payment Policies:

>> An advance payment of 50% of your projected total is required before site development begins. The balance is due on final upload to your server site. We will construct your (temp) site either on your new server or at ours so that you will be able to see it as it is being built and request changes, as desired. But once YourSite.com becomes totally public - moved to the main directory or submitted to search engines usually marks this event - we will consider the project compliant and submit final invoicing for final payment. Any pages left unfinished will STILL be completed as part of the set fee; however, any additional re-edit requests may incur additional fees, later.

>> Estimates given clients are based on a best-case scenario with full site creation running smoothly. This is usually not the case, however. The BEST way for you to achieve your estimate is to never submit anything (text/graphics) unless you are certain that you want it posted on your site (re-edits are where 90% of estimate increases occur) AND provide your own digital text documents for all content information. If we have to hand-type your content for you from paper documents, this task must be charged individually.

>> Altough most clients prefer for us to do all of their graphic work (e.g. scan, digital camera shots, etc.), you are at liberty to provide whatever graphics you desire from your own personal collection. Although we are capable of using most submitted graphics "as is", there are often those that require extensive cleaning and optimization in order to make them presentable for viewing on your web pages. Such (unclean) graphics may incur a small per-file fee to do so. If the work-time is fairly neglible per graphic, this fee is usually over-looked; however, this fee may become necessary if MANY unclean graphics (e.g. for a site with many pages and many graphics) are submitted.

>> Clients may choose either to set-up their domain and server registrations; however, if credit card information is provided to us, we will handle complete set-up for "yoursite.com".
