Welcome to my new found hobby. I created this for information that I have found around the internet and a little place that I can show my birds off. As I am finding out there's tons of websites with tons of information out there. Also finding out people are getting away from the lovebirds due to attitude issues. I look at that as, "Well we all have our issues, they are just allowed to bite or scream." Well, the future wasn't to far off. so, far the Seagreen Lovebird is sitting on 4 fertile egg's.

The other bird I am very interested in is the Button Quail. I was highly against them originally. But then a friend talked me into getting a pair. Well, I got the pair and now I am up to 6 breeding pairs and several babies! I don't regret doing it (granted my husbands isn't to happy, but hey you can't please everyone!). They are hours of fun, from the crowing (which my males sounds like he is laughing at you) to the cooing noises they make, calling their mates.

The final bird I have gotten into is the Indian Ringneck Parakeet. These are very smart birds and compared to the lovebirds VERY quite! I currently own a gray and green split to ino. Both being around 6-8 months old.
