2. Matthew² Perrine (Daniel¹) was born on 21 Sep 1760 in Holmansville, Monmouth (now Ocean) County, NJ.⁵^,⁶^,⁷ He married Ruth (--?--) in 1791.⁷ He died between 1820 and 1830 in Half Way, Monmouth County, NJ.⁶^,⁸

He was a soldier in the Revolutionary War during the last year of that struggle (1781).⁹^,⁵ He and his wife reached an extreme age at the time of their deaths. His wife survived him.⁵

3. Daniel² Prine (Daniel¹Perrine) was born on 14 Mar 1770 in Holmansville, Monmouth (now Ocean) County, NJ.¹⁴ He married Jane Bennett on 11 Feb 1796. He died on 20 Aug 1853 in Niles, Cayuga County, NY at age 83.¹⁴ He was buried circa 20 Aug 1853 in Owasco Rural Cemetery, Owasco, Cayuga County, NY.¹⁴

He was also known as Daniel Perrine.¹⁴

Joseph² Perrine (Daniel¹) was born in 1773 in Holmansville, Monmouth (now Ocean) County, NJ.²³^,²⁴ He married Anne Van Hise on 15 May 1804 Monmouth, NJ.² He married Amy Thompson on 2 Oct 1828 Monmouth, NJ.²⁴^,² He died on 28 Nov 1855 in Cassville, Ocean County, NJ.²³^,²⁴ He was buried circa 28 Nov 1855 in Cassville Methodist Episcopal Churchyard, Cassville, Ocean County, NJ.

He and Amy Thompson had no children.²⁴ He appeared on the census of 16 Sep 1850 in Jackson township, Ocean County, NJ.²⁵
