He is well-behaved. Shy with people he doesn't know. He spent one term at L.M.U. and bonded well with a student. He likes attention. He was found at the gate with another dog, possibly his Mother. He is not leashed trained but would be happy to get the chance to walk with you. He is slow to trust, but once this is accomplished, he will be a great, loving dog.

Jake is shy and reserved, unlike his brother Donnie. He is sweet and calm once he is comfortable with you but you would need to win his trust. Jake and Donnie were abandoned at Gloria's as puppies. Jake is just waiting for the right person to come along with whom he can bond and stay with forever!

Meg is tall and thin and likes to run. She barked at me but was clearly curious. The volunteers report that she is friendly with people she knows. Meg would be a wonderful companion dog for your playful pet.

Although she can take a little while to warm up to people, once she does Molly is very sweet. She seems to prefer men over women. She wants a home with another dog; she's a little playful and seems to really need the canine companionship as well. She would love to join your family!

PENELOPE

Penelope is a very sweet girl. She is friendly and cute in a pitiful sort of way. She has had continuous ear infections over the years which have resulted in deformed ears and a "puffy" left eye. She hopes to find a loving, non-judgmental family who will love her for all the beauty that is on the inside!

She's a sweet dog and loves attention but could be shy in new situations. She loves to be petted although she sometimes gets excited and jumps so she could be a little rough for young children. Does not like to share food so it might be best for her to be an only dog.
