Filk.com!! San Diego Filk Fandom (in it's current incarnation-unknown if organized filking existed before), got started in the year 1980, by Barney Evans and Rilla Heslin. We started hosting filks around late 1980, and have run them in San Diego ever since.
The next San Diego Filk is on April 18, at the home Barney and Kate Evans. The sing will start at 7pm and goes till it ends. There are three critters that speaks "meow", and two that speak "woof". Food for the goodie table is always welcome, both regular and low carb.
