We share recipes and traditional dishes all the time. Once we get some good pictures we'll put them right here.

Crostini with Jarlsberg and Honey Mustard Tomato

Ingredients:
Jarlsberg Cheese
Salad Greens
1 baguette cut in thin slices
Honey Mustard Tomato
5 plum tomatoes skinned and seeded
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1/2 lemon, zested
1/2 vanilla pod
salt and pepper
Directions:
Bring butter, honey, vanilla and lemon zest to a boil.
Cut tomatoes in quarters, and add to sauce pan.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toast baguette slices.
Arrange salad greens and marinated tomato on each slice of toast and top with Jarlsberg.
Pour some marinade over each slice.
