Your "dotcomavenue.com" web hosting service have improperly charged me US$285. Even in the face of clear evidence that the problem is theirs to remedy, they refuse. The conduct of this company should be an embarrasment to Great Britain. They are doing more harm to Great Britain's image in my eyes than your infamous football hooligans. For the sake of the image of your country, and for my sake, please exert what influence you can on these intransigent people, or advise me how I can best deal with them. I'm quite certain you will agree the behavior of your subjects in refusing to rectify the situation is quite outrageous and dishonest. Also please note their response, which I forward to you below, to my communicating the online report to them again requesting rectification. The maddeningly dismissive response is simply, "All charges are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances." In the face of the evidence I provided at the link above, this is simply bald faced dishonesty on the part of your subject enterprise.
