SAGE PROVINS CO-HOSTED THE 2010 STN CONVENTION IN ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA

VMSTV anchor and reporter Sage Provins won a national talent audition and was selected to co-host the STN 2010 Convention closing ceremonies at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California.

This is the first time a middle school student had been chosen to co-host the closing ceremonies. Twenty three Valley Middle School broadcasting students attended the STN convention, along with more than forty CHSTV students.

The convention ran from March 2nd to March 6th. Over 1700 students and teachers attended the event.

VMSTV won multiple awards including the Sweet 16 contest- clearly the most grueling and challenging contest at the convention.
