Deer Run Men's Golf Association
To play in any DRMGA Event or Tournament
- Members must call or sign up at the Pro Shop for DRMGA
Events and Tournaments, held at NNGC. 757-886-7925
- NNGC will take entries anytime up to 5:00 pm Thursday
before the event or tournament date.
- Cancellations: Call NNGC by Friday 5:00 pm
before event or tournament date.
- If all tee times have been filled, members will then be put
on a waiting list.
- NNGC will do the pairing and tee times.
- NNGC will accept requests for preferred tee times (early or
late) on a first come basis.
- Members can call NNGC after 10:00 pm Friday to get
their Tee Times.

Members responsibility on the Day of Event/Tournament
- Members must check in with the starter 30 minutes before
their scheduled tee time.
- NNGC Starter will have the Tee Times / Pairing Sheets and
the Event/Tournament Package.
- NNGC Starter will give the Event/Tournament Package
to the Designated Member for each foursome.
- Event/Tournament Package will contain the Format/Rules
Sheet, and the "Entry Fee Envelope".
- The Designated Member who receives Event Package
shall be Responsible to collect all Entry Fees from their
foursome and turn in the Entry/Tournament Package to the Event/Tournament
Director prior to starting.
- For all Away Events check in with the
Event/Tournament Director at least 30 minutes before First scheduled
tee times.
