Steve Taylor, K5MR, built a top-notch contest station near Gunter, Texas (north of Dallas).  I have had the good fortune to operate there 3 times - the October 1999 CQ WW SSB contest, the July 2000 IARU, and the October 2000 CQ WW SSB.  Unfortunately, a severe ice storm hit Northern Texas in late December 2000, and Steve lost the majority of the antennas described in this web page.  Steve has removed all of the broken antennas from his towers (which survived nicely) and is working on new homebrew antennas.

Steve had a 8 element 15 meter yagi at 90', a 7 element 10 meter yagi at 70', and a 6 element 20 meter yagi at 100'.  The 20 meter survived the ice storm.

K5MR's pre-ice storm configuration had 4/4/4 for 20M with a 3 element 40M yagi, 6/6/6 for 15M, and 6/6/6 for 10M with a 2 element 40M yagi.
