I am a professionally
trained counselor with a commitment to helping clients feel safe as they
explore issues and solutions in a warm and caring environment. I employ a
variety of therapeutic techniques and each session is tailored to the
individual needs of the client. Therapy is directed toward helping you explore
personal issues; gain insight into problems; learn to recognize disruptive life
patterns and learn new ways of communicating.
