PC Games Sites
TreadmarksTM is a 3rd person Tank Game. They were giving it away in their tournament at the Babbage's CPL event. TM is very different from 3DFPS as many of the weapons you can't aim directly but aim by moving the tank. It now has CTF mode added. Not many servers are up, but it's fun to play over the lan and is very scaleable and will run fairly well on about any computer with even old hardware OpenGL support.
