Computer Club

   The new year is starting off with some great programs for the club members. We

owe a big thanks to Harry Cole, Jerry Sarver. and Red Westall for the painting of the

  computer room as well as the new window treatments. Susan and John Highland ,  

  Mike Sorem, and Al Hainje also cleaned and moved furniture and put everything in  

  tiptop order for our classes when they resumed in January. Thanks to all of you for a  

  great job!  

   Our calendar is looking great again for February and is posted on the computer  

      room door as well as in the main office. Copies will also be available at our
    
      General Meeting on Wednesday, February 6, at 9:00 AM at Farnsworth Hall.

           Our guest speaker will be Kathy Jacobs who ,will present a Microsoft program, Office  

  One Note. Kathy is a great speaker and presents a lot of information. We're looking  

forward to her visit. On February 20, computer club members are invited to a  

potluck luncheon at 11 :00 AM in Read Hall. Catherine Anderson is chairing this  

event for us. We are also having Serving On-Line Seniors come for another  

program on Friday, February 22, at 9:00 AM in the Computer Room. As you can

see, there are a lot of activities scheduled in addition to our regular beginners,  

intermediate, Word, genealogy labs, genealogy classes, Excel, and Q/ A classes.  

          Hope to see all of you on the 6^th at the general meeting.
