| Icons | Meaning |
|---|---|
| This is a true law. There is an overwhelming amount of evidence which shows that the law either currently exists, or has existed in the past. |
| This may be a true law. While there is no specific law texts or cites, there is enough external evidence that the law in question existed on the law books at some time. |
| This is a bogus law. There is an overwhelming amount of evidence which shows that the law has never existed, or hasn't existed on the law books for so long that anyone knows anything about it. |
| There is not enough evidence to prove or disprove this law existed. |
| There has not been enough research to prove or disprove this law existed. |
