An Ode to Laziness
Floyd has got it all right. Here is his seen lounging on top of our couch, something he does most of the day, and something I plan on joining him in doing in two weeks.
Between exams (coming up next week), seeing families, finishing term papers and group projects, work, and actually having a life, there really hasn't been much time for anything but staring blankly at the tv, wondering how everything is going to get done in two weeks.
Today I realized that its pretty much down hill after next week, so I've just got to get through until then.
I haven't gotten much knitting done, but I can say that Leo's last sleeve is about two classes away from being done (I have 2.5 hours of class tonight, and 2.5 next Tuesday). I knit one repeat of the Adamas shawl last night, surprisingly, which must mean my stress level is either peaking or winding down. I really can't tell which.
Tomorrow I hope to crank out my last two projects and study a bit for next weeks exams. Jered and I are going to a Christmas Tree lighting and lighted boat parade down at the river tomorrow night, and oodles of Holiday parties over the next couple of weeks.
I love the holidays. Once class/work/families are over I plan to sit on that couch with Floyd and revel in some hedonistic laziness.
Oh yeah, you wanted knitting pictures. Sorry. Maybe next time.
