My job field is Technical Communications. This entails several different areas: Technical Writing, such as software documentation and government writing; Web Design, like this bare bones site; Information Design, such as desktop publishing; and Rhetoric and Communication.

I graduated with my Master's in Tech Communication from the wonderful TSC program at James Madison University.

My undergraduate degrees are also in writing and communications fields. I got my BA in English and my BS in Media Studies from Radford University.

Yes, I am very proud of my education. :)

I currently work at Northrop Grumman Newport News in the Systems Engineering department. I developed and maintain several Intranet sites.
