Fred's Supra page  

  The car is a 1983 Toyota Supra that I acquired in August 1989.  When I bought the car it had 105,000 miles on it and was extremely well kept. It now has just under 230,000 miles on it and runs remarkably well considering the milage and the "spirited" driving it has seen.  In addition all of the power features still work i.e. power windows, door locks, mirrors, and sunroof.  This little car has made me a believer in Toyota quality.  This was my primary car through college, but after college, it became more of a pampered weekend car.  For a while I thought I might just get rid of it, but I never could bring myself to do that.  I drove it to my old college town to pick up the Corvette when I bought that in 1999 (see Vette page), and it stayed with my college roomate for over 3 years.   He brought it back to me in July of 2002, and now it  sleeps in the car port pictured above.  While it is still drivable, it is in need of some restoration work and TLC.  The projects are listed below.
