Social Distortion The seminal Punk band out of Orange County, CA. Still going strong after just releasing one of their best albums, "Sex, Love And Rock And Roll".
Soft Cell The high priests of Dark Wave.
Sonic Youth These grungy punkers have made a career out of walking the line between music and noise. And like a car wreck on the highway, you can't keep yourself from stopping, looking and listening.

91X Radio- 91.1 FM Alternative radio for San Diego/Orange County.
San Diego's 91X has a Sunday morning flashback show called "Sunday Resurrection" from 6a.m. to 12p.m. They also feature "Resurrection Lunch", a weekday lunchtime flashback show from 12p.m. to 1p.m.
World Famous KROQ 106.7 FM The original alternative radio station.
KROQ offers "Richard Blade's Flashback Sunday" on Sundays, 5-8p.m. and "Richard Blade's Flashback Lunch Hour" is weekdays from 1-2p.m.
Indie 103.1 FM The new Independent station. Wider playlist and more variety than other commercial stations.
Indie features "Jonesy's Jukebox", weekdays from noon to 2p.m. Ex-Sex Pistol guitarist Steve Jones turns DJ and plays his favorites. Not strictly just a flashback 80's show, Jones has a unique criteria for his playlist- "If I like it, I'll play it", he says.
