I started building models as a kid, then at some point stopped.  As an adult, I kept trying to get back into it, but never had the time and would get a kit partially assembled and then put it aside.  Well, I've finally made the time in the last 2 years.  That, and Polar Light's wonderful 1/1000 scale kits are easier to tackle than a giant one.  They go together wonderfully, and I'm looking forward to kitbashing some after I get the standard versions done.
