Sounds great Steve/Chris . Of course , we will enjoy having some
Banner riders come along. Should be a super day. We will make sure
credit will be given for the gift. If banner could get us there logo,

</italic>in support of their motorcycle ride to the Prescott AZ area,
in mid-June "06" ($2500.00). The listed event benefits the annual
Burn Camp. The camp provides a week of programs, support, and

in the Grants and Appropriations Office (GAO) at Banner Health are
ending the year out – that's including budget and putting in for some
of our Community Outreach projects for the 2006 year. In 2005, one of
many of the GAO's (on behalf of Banner Health) Community Outreach
projects was the support of Phoenix Fire's Health and Wellness
Symposium in June. In 2006, we would like to continue our support of
Phoenix Fire and the Health and Wellness Symposium that is to take
place in the summer of 2006. However to do so we need to submit to our
accounts payable department (by December 31, 2005) supporting
information. I went online in search of this information, although I
did find the Health and Wellness Symposium, all I found was the
supporting information for the Symposium that is being held in early
2006. Would it be possible for you to assist me in obtaining the
information needed?</smaller></color></fontfamily>
