Note: This only works as a command line script and makes use of a variable so you can specify how much mana you want to prepare Shadows at, this ensures that you can set it up to where you won't backfire the spell, regardless of your skills.

The (Prep) in bold up there means the prep that you will definetly not backfire it. So, for someone who can prep 8 without ever failing, he would put ".train 8".
