Cancellation
Cancellation of reservation accepted if notice received 30 days prior to arrival date with refund of deposit less 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, deposit will be applied against a future rental.

Optional one time delivery of linens (sheets/towels) available at extra charge of $40.00, or bring your own. No other charges or fees applied. 1/2 rental amount required to guarantee reservation due within 10 day of receipt of written confirmation. The balance shall be payable 30 days before the arrival date

Entry code to the combination front door lock and key bypass lockbox at the front door will be provided.
Electronic keys to allow access to indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness center will be on the key rack in Unit #3411. Please leave the electronic key on the key rack prior to your departure. Parking permits will be furnished as necessary.
Beach chairs, toys, etc. are available in the exterior closet adjoining Unit #3411. The key is located inside Unit #3411.
