Epiphany Auction 2005
So, you would to help the Auction, but are not sure how to. For individuals, we are taking goods, services, and monetary donations. We have had people donate toasters, coffee pots, and theme baskets such as Halloween or spa items. There are Waterford Crystal Goblets, framed photographs taken by a parishioner, and a Bible. A parishioner donated her time to do a weeks worth of ironing and handmade ornaments. You can donate small items of which we can put together to make a baskets such as candles, stationary, car care products, or kitchen utensils. Or, you can make a donation of your services; such as raking leaves, shoveling a driveway, or 2 hours of doing miscellaneous tasks around someone's house. Do you paint or draw? Donate your original Do you sew or knit? Donate a quilt, blanket, scarf, sweater... Do you play a musical instrument? Donate a couple of lessons. Do you have a timeshare that you are not going to be using the end of 2005 or in 2006? Then let someone else get pleasure out of it. Have season tickets to football, basketball, baseball or any other sport in which you are not going to make it to a game? Then, donate it! Have air miles that are transferable? Donate them. Have a favorite hair salon, gym, restaurant, store, etc.? Then ask them for a donation of a gift certificate or service. (This is how we got the Curves gift certificate and Karate lessons) Donate a TV, iPod, vacation, something that will make people go WOW! For businesses, you can donate a good or service of any kind and we will be happy to display information on your business. Another option is to buy an advertisement in our program. If it is possible, please consider: $10 donation for a one-line sponsor recognition in our Auction program book $20 donation for our Bronze Sponsor Recognition (business card size) $35 donation for our Silver Sponsor Recognition (1/4 page size) $50 donation for our Gold Sponsor Recognition (1/2 page) $100 or more donation for our Platinum Sponsor Recognition (full page) Donations can be mailed or dropped off to the Church of the Epiphany, 1750 Huckins Rd., Cheshire. Office hours are 9:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday - Friday. Or, you can call to make arrangements for someone to pick-up your donation or if you have any questions or concerns.
