The corporate brand name is SkillSoft and should always be referred to as such. In text usage, where it is not appropriate to use the logo, the company name should appear as a single word. It should never be hyphenated or dissected. Initial capital letters should always be used for the “S” in “Skill” and “S” in “Soft” and the name should never be abbreviated. It should never be written in all capitals or all lowercase letters.

In written text, the company name, when associated with our products, is registered in both the U.S. and Europe, e.g.

The SkillSoft® e-Learning infrastructure encompasses the largest body of e-Learning content in the world.

No ® symbol is used in general references to the company, e.g.

All SkillSoft employees are highly skilled.
