Selected Fonts
To promote consistency in all SkillSoft materials, we
have selected three new corporate fonts – Minion
and Humanist. These are the approved corporate
fonts and should be used in all promotional materials
produced for or by SkillSoft, e.g. stationery, brochures,
collateral, packaging, signage, trade show booths, general
display information, advertising, etc.
Verdana is to be used in SkillSoft
materials such as web text, word document text, PowerPoint
text, etc.
All three fonts are available worldwide in both PC
and Apple Mac formats. They are produced by Adobe Systems
Inc. and can be purchased at www.adobe.com.
When it’s not possible or practical to use the
corporate fonts, e.g. HTML text on web sites, general
business correspondence, i.e letters, faxes, etc., Arial
is an acceptable alternative. Additional items allowing
for greater flexibility in font usage are PowerPoint
presentations, white papers, and technical documentation.
