No ® symbol is used in general references to the
company, e.g.
All SkillSoft employees are highly skilled.
The ® symbol should accompany the company name
the first time "SkillSoft" is used to describe
products or courseware in body copy within a document
or presentation. There is no need to include the symbol
for subsequent references to the term in the same document.
Headings or subheadings should never carry the
® symbol, even if it's the first time the product
name is mentioned.
