Good planning, generous donors and quick action have resulted in plentiful water for sixty-six orphaned Haitian children, the staff and families who look after them and the community in which they are housed. "It must have been meant to be," stated OFI Vice-President Pat Winkley. "The At Risk Children's Foundation first contacted OFI in March of this year, seeking urgent support to build a water cistern to catch and hold water for the orphanage and the surrounding community.
