What Is Life Coaching?
Individual Life Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that assists individuals in producing extraordinary results in their lives. Family Life Coaching is a collaborative process of facilitating an individuals ability to gain a more complete understanding of one’s self, leading to consistent changes in individual behaviors and a deeper understanding of one’s family relationships.
How Is Coaching Different Than Therapy?
As coaches we focus on the present and the future, not the past. We do not “heal the patient”, rather we guide individuals and families in setting and achieving extraordinary personal goals. As coaches we work with individuals and families who take responsibility for the decisions they have made in their life and who are accountable to those around them.
Who Should Utilize The Coaching Experience?
Anyone who wants to experience a more meaningful and fulfilling life. We are very good at neglecting ourselves when it comes to our family relationships and personal growth. If you think about a young child who wants to be an Olympic gymnast or a professional tennis player, the first thing most people would do is hire a coach. Why wouldn’t you do the same for yourself in order to achieve your goals? What is it that we tell our children, “You won’t succeed if you don’t try”? So many people go through life desiring to achieve different results but, for whatever reason, do not try a new path. So, our question to you is, if you are not fulfilled in some area of your life and you do not do anything differently, can you really expect a different result? |
