One day Little Tunia wanted to go see her mawmaw, but she was sick. Little Tunia called her mawmaw. She got no answer, the answering machine picked up. She was at the doctor getting her medicine. Little Tunia called again. Her mawmaw picked up the phone. "Hello", she said. |

I saw a ladybug and do you know what? It had been hibernating the whole winter. The next day I went outside and it was gone. One time I even saw an orange ladybug and a yellow ladybug, too. Do you know what? Ladybugs are so cute and so pretty. |

I love Tunia. She is cute. She has spots and antennae like other ladybugs. She is a nice ladybug. She is a girl but she is a doll. She has clear wings and red wings. She can't fly like other ladybugs, but I LOVE HER! |

I love Tunia. She is a very nice girl ladybug. Everybody in our class loves her. She just came from Alabama. She came from the North to the South. When she leaves us she is going to Ohio. I love her very, very much. |

Ladybugs are related to other insects. Some are red. Some are orange. Some are yellow. I like them. Sometimes they stink when they are in trouble. They help people. |
