About My Clients and Our Work

My clients have been male and female, couples and pairs ranging in age from 14 to 91. They have stood 5’0” to 6’5”and weighed from 90 to 370 pounds.
Some of their goals have been:
—Losing weight and firming up.
—General strengthening, toning and fitness.
—Sport-specific conditioning such as; football, martial arts, running, and fencing.
—Cross-training to improve fitness in other sports or activities.
—Body building.
—Keeping active and vigorous in advanced years.
