Scheduling appointments will help eliminate excuses you may have for not exercising.  Time is frequently a factor.  We will maximize your time by leading you thru your workouts efficiently.

 

Health and Safety

My foremost concern is your safety and improved health.  My responsibility is to protect you from injury as we work by instructing you in proper exercise form and safe use of equipment.  Our work will reinforce principles of healthy living and proper nutrition.
