The NCC Flyers are committed to assisting male and female student athletes ages 10 through 16 in improving their individual basketball skills by providing knowledgeable coaching along with the opportunity to play with and against the highest level of competition. Character development, teaching the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship are equally important goals of the club. Additionally, players develop new friendships established through the travel and competitive experience.

The NCC Flyers can provide those players who wish to pursue basketball in college the opportunity to demonstrate their basketball abilities at AAU tournaments attended by college coaches and recruiters. The Flyers tournament participation region lies mainly in New England. However, if a team has interest in attending more challenging tourneys that require additional travel including but not limited to national tournaments then that team is encouraged to pursue the higher competition that it desires.

The NCC Flyers are located in East Windsor, CT and are registered with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) serving the northern central Connecticut region though players may join our club from outside this area.
